Change

Larissa successfully completed her eye contact class today and is so excited to finally be rid of her glasses. Unfortunately both my kiddos inherited their fathers poor eyesight. At 11 years old, the eye doc said it was OK for her to get contacts as long as I felt she was responsible enough. She will be 12 in December. I think girls are a little different from boys in the responsibility area. Renie just got his this past year and continues to struggle in the mornings. His class was much more of a challenge. At 11 years old, there was no way Renie was ready. It is interesting to see the differences in both my kids. They are both so unique in their own little ways.
