Well, we are back to routine here at Yokota. New faces, visitors, and a new restaurant (Chili's)about to open on the main drag are just some of the things that excite us. The weather here has been unsual to past summers with rain daily and cool temperatures for July. The cat is out of the bag. Mom and dad know we are coming home for Christmas. What I have spent in vacations and plane tickets home could have bought me a nice new used car back home. That's is ok, I would'nt have it any other way. The way I see it, is that it is all relative. When I mention home, Rene's eyes light up, like a small kid expecting something special for Christmas. He can taste the tamales, Whataburger, Luby's, etc.....In October, we should have some idea of where we will be headed next. I expect things will start to move fast as we plan for our next destination. This weekend we will hike Mt. Takao and experience the beer gardens. This will help prepare us for our next big adventure in two weeks. The adventure I have put off for two years. The big one-Fujisan
