Gluttony

Just back from a weekend at the New Sanno Hotel.  Last year, I told Rene I would not come back to the Escoffier Dinner due to eating to much.  Well, low and behold we were back for that same evening of great wine and great food.  We joined my co-workers for an evening of fun entertainment and once again too much food.  The evening was filled with beautiful dresses, suits, and a classy back drop of elegance.  The food was delicious as always, and the service was impeccable.  Now I am back home for our usual Sunday chores.  As we drove up to the gate, it was evident that Obama was coming for a visit.  The base gates are filled with Japanese police on high alert.  We will keep our eyes and ears open this week for a possible Air Force One landing.
