It is no fun when you have feelings of jet lag. Time zone differences can do a number on your sleep cycle. The common prescription is to get plenty of rest, moderate exercise, and eat a good diet. This week has been trying on me since I headed back to work on Monday. I am back to my exercise schedule since putting on a couple of pounds (not good to make up for a years worth of missed food). Today is Friday and I hope everyone is doing well on this Texas soggy day. It is hot is Japan. Tonight Rene and I will attend another farewell dinner at an all you can eat and drink place. The kids are enjoying playing with their Wii. We received it today in the mail after easily finding one at Walmart.
