Today was Rene's traditional pinning ceremony. Early this morning, Rene finally promoted to Major. With all the dental staff looking on, the ceremony was very nice. His Commander said a nice speech, then we proceded to pin him. Volunteering for the Air Force is a huge committment not only for those serving, but also for the family. This is Rene's 9th year serving. It is hard to believe it has been that long. The Air Force has its great benefits, so I hope that Rene will continue on. I believe he will be a great Commander one day. Congratulations Rene! View images close up by clicking on View Images on the top slide show-

Congratulations!!!!! Excellent job Rene - how many men can they say have made it to Major or higher in the Armed Forces from our little town of Benavides. You have worked very hard to achieve that goal and we know you have higher goals achieve and will get there with more hard work and the support of you family, friends, and co-workers in your unit/units. Again congratulations and God Bless, Ronda, Rene, and Larissa.
